The management team has a business background that spans over 25 years of progressive leadership roles within five top tier organizations in Canada.  The team has broad functional leadership experience in the services, consumer goods and retail industries, including:  sales, customer service, supply chain, merchandising, procurement and store operations.  The principals have a deep understanding of the sales process from point of manufacture, through the supply chain, and ultimately to in-store execution.  The team is known for facilitating exceptional cross functional results and motivating teams to exceed expectations.
